In 2015 one of the world’s Largest Alternative Asset Managers acquired one of the largest Slovenian Banks. Pristop assisted with related media activities, and has additionally taken over all post-acquisition change management activities, providing the ongoing consultancy and communication support through the entire process of implementing change as well as in the follow-up phase. Furthermore Pristop became a key consultancy partner to one of the world’s largest alternative investment managers in achieving its aspirations on the Slovenian market, i.e. consolidating the banking system, also by acquiring other banks.
Upon the third largest Slovenian bank’s ownership structure change, we enhanced business partner and general audience confidence in the bank.
