Designing the architecture of communications channels and a content marketing strategy across seven markets of central and south-eastern Europe, alongside providing daily support with customer communications for the brand Tom Tailor.

The challenge

By establishing digital channels and by building an advertising platform, we wanted to simultaneously establish the Tom Tailor brand's online presence in seven markets and to increase the in-store traffic.

Starting with nothing, from March 2016 to May 2018, we gained 313,114 followers on Facebook.

Solutions

To complete our objectives, we created a database of users interested in Tom Tailor's content and established two-way communication between the brand and users on digital channels, that lead to building brand trust. Designing the architecture of communications channels that supports all 7 languages, we can now effectively inform users about sales campaigns, special offers, new collections and individual items

Achievements

  • Starting with nothing, from March 2016 to May 2018, we gained 313,114 followers on Facebook.
  • A digital campaign "Say yes to your style" in all seven markets, led to increase of customer database (already in line with GDPR). With the campaign we supported TV advertising and the launch of the spring collection. Of all 69,612 participants, 53% subscribed to newsletter and 30% to receiving SMS.
  • With the campaign, we gained 47% of global Tom Tailor follower base on Facebook.
